Shipping Policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

We support global shipping. If you live in a remote area, your parcel may be forwarded to a local courier service. This will appear on your tracking form as a delivery event, and the order should be successfully delivered to you within 24 hours.

All orders placed before 13:00 PM GMT +8 will ship on the same business day. Orders placed after 13:00 PM GMT +8 may not be shipped until the following business day.

We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $39.99.
"Working days" are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

2. How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the courier number and tracking link.


3. Delayed Package:
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages in time. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost package to the best of our ability.

In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: topdiamondart@hotmail.com with your order number.

4. Customs Taxes And Duties:
Your destination country/region may require value-added tax (VAT), other taxes and/or customs fees. These additional taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of Topdiamondart.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order was marked as delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact our customer service right away. We will start a investigation with the shipping carrier to retrieve your package. The carrier investigation may take up to 5 business days. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. Topdiamondart is not responsible for any stolen packages.
